To create a new Virtual Stage from your Introvoke Admin Dashboard:

  1. Click "+ Add New Event".

  2. Select the name, time zone, and start date for your event. The name will be displayed in the embedded module, and your indicated start time will be used to display a countdown timer for your Attendees.

  3. If you want to link a Networking Hub to this Virtual Stage, you can select an existing one from the dropdown list provided or create a new one from scratch. You can come back and do this later.

  4. Add a banner image to be displayed behind your the countdown timer on your Virtual Stage. We recommend an image with a 16:9 aspect ratio, such as 1920x1080 or 1280x720.

  5. Click "Save".
